Established in 2006 and headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, Hexxa Flexible Packaging has cemented its position as a leading manufacturer of specialty flexible packaging materials. Hexxa was founded to cater to multinational and homegrown brands, providing customized packaging for a range of different products while ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.

Specializing in the manufacturing of monolayer and multilayer packaging films and pouches, Hexxa is trusted by over 100 brands in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and more. Our Capabilities

We boast two state-of-the-art rotogravure printing presses which produce superior print quality across multiple substrates and flexible films.

Our 10-color flexography printing press delivers high-quality printing and offers the advantage of shorter minimum runs and online die-cutting.

We produce laminates using solvent-based and solvent-less lamination machines to achieve high-quality and reliable laminates.

Using state-of-the-art slitters, we produce finished rolls which match the specifications of our customers’ packaging machines.

We produce shrink sleeves which provide high-impact graphics and offer 360-degree coverage of the container.

Our four pouching machines can produce various pouches ranging from standup pouches to center seal and gusseted pouches.
